PM Quest

PM Quest is a pixel-art project management simulator built around the PMBOK / PMP framework. Run a project from kickoff to closing and learn by making real PM decisions.

Two modes

• Associate: a guided run through the 5 process groups, with short quizzes and phase briefings on inputs and outputs.
• Professional: pick from several projects, do detailed planning (charter, stakeholders, scope, schedule, cost, risk, communication, quality), then run execution in real time. Decisions you skip still have consequences: ignored emails, chats and calls hurt stakeholder satisfaction.

What you will practice

• Classifying risks, opportunities, issues and change requests
• Building a team, a baseline and a risk response plan
• Earned Value (PV / EV / AC, CPI, SPI)
• Change control and the CCB
• Stakeholder, communication and conflict management
• Closing: acceptance, lessons learned and a graded report across the 10 knowledge areas
